NJLCS provides personalized Landscape Design Consulting Services to cater specifically to homeowners who might want to complete the entire project or just portions of it themselves.  This is achieved as follows:

1. Evaluation Consultation

During our initial meeting we will discuss your vision for the project.  As we walk through your property we will brainstorm ideas and determine possible solutions.  We will then provide you with a proposal for our Landscape Design Consulting Services.

2. Design Concept Creation

Once we are chosen to consult with you we will return to perform a comprehensive site analysis.  This includes measuring existing elevations and specifying any aspects of the project that will remain.  We then ask you to fill out a comprehensive landscape questionnaire to assist us in developing your plan.  We will begin to lay out the many aspects of the project that we discussed to prepare an initial concept plan.  Then we collaborate together on the concept and will make any corrections or changes to the plan and will repeat this process until you are completely satisfied.

3. Final Plan Approval

Once we have your conceptual layout approval we will finalize any details and provide you with a copy of the scaled drawing including all plant and hardscape materials selections.  With the efficiency of a detailed, to scale drawing in hand, you are able to confidently make your landscape dreams a reality.  Contingency plans can still be made with us if you require assistance with specific contractors at a pre-approved rate.

In the event that you require NJLCS to assist with any or all of the installation NJLCS will credit 50% of the values of the design agreement towards the deposit of the contracted work.
